3 delicious entrees with sides (serves 4-6 people each ) + one soup and one baked item or one soup and one salad .
Service Rate: $325.00 + tax + food costs. Service rate includes: Menu planning, shopping, food prep, packaging food, and delivery to your home.

Food costs, are running about $120.00 to $160.00 depending on how many people what you order.

Pantry charge: There is a pantry charge of $5.00-$12.00 per delivery so this covers oils, spices, sugar, maple syrup, any condiments used for your meal prep, this saves you money so you dont get charged for a whole bottle of Olive oil, or a whole bottle of maple syrup.
To-Go containers: I use eco friendly, fully recyclable containers. They cost $0.30 each, this will be added to the food costs.
Payment: Venmo, cash or check. No credit cards at this time.

Safety and Sanitation: I am a one woman business, I prepare your food in a professional kitchen on my property, I am the only person who uses this kitchen. I am practicing very strict hygiene , sanitizing surfaces, washing my hands frequently, not allowing anyone else into my kitchen.

I was referred to Tanya by one of my favourite restaurants in Santa Fe, NM Sweetwater Harvest. I was hosting a small yoga retreat in Tesuque, NM and I wanted someone to cook for us. I had never met Tanya before so I put my faith in her choice of menu which she sent to me ahead of time. The food exceeded all our expectations. Every morning we each said that this was our favorite breakfast, until the next day! Same at dinner. The variety of food, flavors and textures was fantastic. Tanya was very efficient, friendly, accommodating and very easy to work with. I will definitely ask Tanya to cook for us again on any occasion.

Tanya Story is an outstanding caterer. I have had lots of experience with caterers, and she is my favorite here in Santa Fe. She’s a marvelous chef for starters and always chooses the highest quality ingredients available. She is familiar with most types of cuisines and excellent at blending them if requested; the flavors are outstanding. She listens to your wants and needs, making sure all requests such as lactose or gluten intolerances are attended to without diminished flavor or appeal. She is professional and timely. Her prices are good and her energy lovely to work with.
