Tanya Story is an outstanding caterer. I have had lots of experience with caterers, and she is my favorite here in Santa Fe. She’s a marvelous chef for starters and always chooses the highest quality ingredients available. She is familiar with most types of cuisines and excellent at blending them if requested; the flavors are outstanding. She listens to your wants and needs, making sure all requests such as lactose or gluten intolerances are attended to without diminished flavor or appeal. She is professional and timely. Her prices are good and her energy lovely to work with.

I hired Tanya after our VRBO host recommended her to cater a welcome dinner for 10 for a birthday gathering in Santa Fe. Our group arrived  from all parts of the country weary and hungry from traveling. Tanya and her helper were already set up and greeted us with prickly pear margaritas and guacamole. Tanya worked with us to create a menu that pleased everyone from teenagers, vegetarians and most importantly the birthday grandma. It was the best meal we had all week in Santa Fe. The portions were very generous and food was super fresh and high quality. In addition, we asked her to make a pan of enchiladas we could eat for lunches during the week. What a find! I highly recommend Tanya and her crew.

      We hired Tanya in May, 2016, and it has proven to be one of the best decisions we have ever made. Having come highly recommended, we had no doubt that we would be pleased with Tanya’s work. However, we were pleasantly surprised very early on to find that she not only met our expectations but greatly exceeded them!

      Tanya works for us during the summer, when we are in residence at our Santa Fe home. She just completed her second summer with us. She is both punctual and professional. She understands the importance of clean, organic, healthy food choices, and she prepares and serves them with a delicious, epicurean flair that capitalizes on the uniqueness and quality of each. Her vast repertoire of healthy alternatives for the more discerning palate is refreshing, and I have the utmost confidence in her menu selections at all times. Additionally, she willingly (and often) shares her culinary expertise with our chefs in our Florida and New York residences, helping to raise the standards even there.
